The property was very dated and tired. Beautiful setup and could be wonderful, but too many things not working. My room was 74 and AC not working, called and it was fixed. Fitness Center was old, broken equipment, Sanitizers empty, Temp went from 80 to 84. Parking pass/gate didn't work, hit call button, nobody answered, Valet finally walked by and helped. Pool was not circulating and no cushions were out on wicker chairs. Shower soap dispenser empty. Bed and pillows were comfy. They just need attention to the property & details to make it as nice as it could be.

Everything was good, mostly. The shower door didn't close.

Beautiful property. Needs updating and more staff.
