The property had great amenities and things for the kids to do. Upon arrival it took an hour to get checked in and then a sales women wasted our time with our kids for at least another 30 minutes. We get our key to our room and get all three kids and bags unloaded to go to our room. Which then when we get in it wasn’t the 2 bedroom condo we paid for. So we load up everything and everyone back up to go to the front desk to get that sorted out for another 30 minutes of our time wasted. Have you know our three little kids are now starving because of how long this is taking!! We finally get to our room and put stuff on the counter which we notice ants are crawling all over the kitchen counter and floors. We then leave to eat and come back and we don’t have enough hot water to bath and shower our kids and ourselves. We were then guaranteed a free night stay to go to this sales pitch on their time shares for about 90 minutes of our time. We go and it ends up being 2 hours and 20 minutes with three little kids that had had enough. They claim they are no pressure sales but wouldn’t take no for an answer. They then got very rude and mean in front of our family. We then go out and about to do activities with our family and come back to our room for our “free” night and all our cards were disabled and couldn’t get into our room. So we load up again to the front desk to go check this out. Once again 45 minutes later we find out that the sales didn’t notify them of our free night!!
