Condition of property was fair. One slider door to lanai had a broken lock and a piece of wood was used to substitute for a lock. Furnishings were tired, carpeting had some stains and one of the bedroom televisions did not work. I did ask for additional pillowcases and never received. This is the first time we have booked through VRBO; we did so to access a better rate. This is a conveniently located property. The unit was very clean, we held back one star due to staining on the carpet in the main room. The host Vacasa had great customer service. We had an issue finding the pool access card (btw, you need this for the tennis/pickleball courts as well), it was supposed to be in the kitchen. The customer service line assisted us in finding in based on noted in their system. Lol, it was hidden in a cabinet over the refrigerator. The problem was sorted out but only because I , with the help of the Green Links ( at Lely Resort) manager, managed by an incredibly stressful route got a response.
