This wonderful newly rennovated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is on the 1st floor with amazing views of water fountain waterway area. Walk to restaurants, shops and markets. Just 1 mile to beach and Gulf and perfectly situated between 5th Avenue and Mercato which both offer an amazing shopping experience and five start dining. This fabulous resort also has pickleball, tennis courts, fitness center and walking paths around the waterways which will take you to the MOST AMAZING on-site restaurant and bar called Hogfish Harry’s. When it’s time to cook check out the BBQ area when it’s family mealtime. Finally, the MEGA resort style pool and spa, which is right next to Hogfish Harry’s is serving up traditional tropical beverages along with their Mixologists crafty creations. Parking is directly in back of condo for easy in, easy out access. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

We had very rough experience which started at check-in. We had to prove via email we would be able to check in early to the front desk. The condo was ready but it was a hassle to let us in an hour early. Arrived at the condo and it 98 degrees outside and the AC is not working. The condo was 82. I sent numerous messages and finally a repair person came on Friday at 12:30. We didn't sleep the first night due to temperature and to insult we went to the front desk to grab some pool towels because there none in the co do and they denied us and said the owner is responsible for getting these. The owner says sorry we can't provide pool towels and doesn't even make a courtesy given the ac was out for our first day and overnight. Also, it was extremely loud because they were renovating the unit right above us so we had loud drilling the entire stay. I asked the owner to call me as I thought he may feel terrible given our expierence and offer to compensate us for our first nights stay. I still have not heard from him. Disappointed with the owner and property.

My family & I have been staying at this resort for over 20 years so we’re very familiar with the resort/ area. Beautifully renovated, property looks exactly like the pictures. Most of the condos are dated but the owners did a very nice job remodeling. I’d definitely recommend this property.

Poor last day
Everything was great until this morning at 8:00 am we were jolted out of bed by a chipping hammer taking up the tile floor on OUR patio inside our unit. The workers including the Boss was very rude and told us too bad they were going to continue. They were there for the two hours we were having coffee and trying to get some work done. We left at the unit by 10:00 am as instructed. VERY poor accommodations having Non English speaking strangers inside our unit! I have picture's if you want to see them

Soccer Camp Getaway
Great location, affordable and clean. Slider door broken, dining room light broken and refrigerator sounds like it is on its last leg, but it totally worked for what we needed and had a nice setting with pool and resort amenities. I would definitely stay again with repairs. Best experience was the amazingly wonderful lady that showed up at the end to clean the unit. She is a marvelous woman!!

Needs some TLC and more
This was our 4th time staying at this resort so we are very familiar with it and had been looking forward to our stay. It was our first time staying at this property. We wanted to love it but were dissapointed with the stressful experience. Pros: Nice resort, clean property. Cons: You will be left to your own devices if you run into any issues. The property management company - your only point of contact if there is an issue - is clueless and will point you to the front desk who does not maintain this property since it's privately owned. Don't count on anything the management company tells you. We were given the okay to check out an hour later but the cleaning person was unaware of this and knocked on our door at 10 am, and asked that we leave at the regular time. This was quite stressful for us with two little kids and one of us attending a work meeting at the time. We had to replace a fire detector battery ourselves, the main lightening fixture in the living room didn't work, the second bedroom door is broken. We had maintenance guys knock on our door asking to do mainenance on the AC without any prior notice from the owner/management company. The unit needs some TLC, the communication between the owner/property manager/cleint and the customer service provided needs to improve. Also, I believe the unit was listed as having a washer/drying at the time of booking but that turned out to be a paid washer/dryer somewhere in the resort. It was a requirement for me and when I raised it with the management company, it was ignored. I wish my experience was more positive but it was quite stressful at times and easily avoidable by the owner and the property management company.
