Ok hotel for our 1 night stay.
I booked a Queen and Single room, for myself, husband and daughter, when I arrived I was told my booking wasn’t confirmed by them to Expedia. I had my itinerary number and confirmation emails.
There’s was only 1x Queen room available for 2 people or a family suite that was going to cost me double the price. Thankfully a friend offered to have my daughter stay with them while my husband and I took the Queen room. I didn’t have to pay anything as the payment was transferred to the new booking by another platform. Not sure how this works. The new room was cheaper and the hotel was unable to process any refunds and asked me to chase that up with Expedia. I have contacted them with no real answers as to what happened. Very disappointed.
