"スタッフは急なエステのリクエストにも対応いただき、丁寧でした。お部屋は禁煙だったけどややタバコ臭い感じがして、昔は喫煙だったのかなぁと。あと設備が古いので、洗面台の蛇口が押したら出るタイプで、固くて力入れて押したら、大量に激しく水が出て飛び散るという。お部屋の広さは十分あり、お掃除は行き届いていました。使い捨てスリッパと空気清浄機があると、なお良かったかな。 このホテルの売りは、ゴルフしなくても、スパもとてもいいし、何より食事が極上でした!夜の日本料理も朝のブッフェも。山の中のお城みたいで雰囲気もよく、また家族で来たいと思いました。"
