From the moment that we booked, Joe was in contract immediately. He provided a number of places to go, things to do, places to eat even by food types. He suggested some of the bars on Broadway that he had enjoyed and even recommended a couple tattoo places for myself and my wife.Our group had an incredible time!The house: Beautiful home! The beds are all incredibly comfortable in all the rooms. The furniture is modern, updated and also comfortable. Good size kitchen and living space. Each bedroom was also spacious, with plenty of blankets and pillows. The location of the home was right outside Germantown, which has a number of pubs, bars and restaurants. I would stay here with a large group or even a smaller group that made sense for the home. The Rooftop is incredibly comfortable and one hell of a view.The area: Access to literally everything, not really much to say honestly. We could walk to Broadway and be there in about 30-40 minutes, or a 12 Minute Uber/Lyft ride.
