"There is some that needs to be done. Bathrooms need to be re done. New fixtures, removal of mold, low to no water pressure, lack of hot water. WiFi out because bill not paid and only one old single Antenna router on main floor. They lock the place at night and reception guy sleeps in lobby but he has the key to get out. There are serious safety issues there. This could be a good hostel but they need to Invest some money"

"Awful front desk experience due to confusion in their booking process. It wasn’t my fault but I found myself in between negotiations between the hostel and Hotels.com. The hostel decided to put an 11th bed in to the 10-bed dorm I had booked and place it right in the middle for all other guests to look down on. The front desk manager was unprofessional and handled the situation poorly. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere!"

"The first problem with this place is that the address is wrong. We were, therefore, running around the city trying to find it, not what you want to do after a long train ride from Tbilisi. We then had a guy calling them but they gave us insufficient information for finding the place. Just giving us the correct address would have been a nice touch.
