"First time staying here and was very impressed! The property is pristine, my room was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The water park is amazing and my family loved it. A LOT of walking as the grounds are huge, but it’s so much fun. They even brought out complimentary popsicles for us at one of the pools. Definitely going back!"

"I loved the Beautiful Ocean West Boutique Hotel it was like sleeping in your own Castle and the room was elegant. The bed was big and comfy made you feel like royalty. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool was pretty and fun to enjoy later in the day. The rooms in the hotel were all so unique and historical looking. Dinning room is also so beautiful. The stairway is gorgeous. The free wifi worked well but only on the floor you stayed on. Also nice parking area with gated community. The things I think could be improved is some of the amenities and service for example, when we arrived we had to drag up our own luggage after a long trip without any help up several stairs with no ac in this area. No free breakfast , no free bottle of water they wanted 3 dollar per bottle, no makeup remover wipes and very small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. It did have an a/c in the room, microwave and fridge. The bed was a little sandy from day one and we never went to the beach and the floor in the bathroom was dirty. They could offer more towels. There is not a trash outside anywhere and only one small trash can in the bathroom which made it hard to get rid of trash. I definely recommend this place purely because it's just such a beautiful place to stay. The service desk is very friendly and always there."

Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to **Clayton, Brandon, and Mercedes** at **Marcus Steakhouse**. They truly made our dining experience one of the highlights of our trip. Their attention to detail, warm personalities, and outstanding service made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it did not go unnoticed. The dining throughout the resort was phenomenal. **Marcus Steakhouse** was outstanding, with incredible food and impeccable service. **Katsuya** delivered some of the freshest sushi and beautifully crafted dishes we've had, while **Shuang Ba** impressed us with its authentic flavors and expertly prepared cuisine. Every meal felt like a special experience, and the quality was consistently excellent. The resort itself was spotless. From the guest rooms to the pools, restaurants, and common areas, everything was impeccably clean and well maintained. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping the property beautiful. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality. Every interaction, from housekeeping to restaurant staff to resort employees was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The team consistently made us feel relaxed."
