“The location is beautiful — surrounded by nature. It is also close to Bastogne if you want to visit WWII sites. The lodging, though, was unfortunately not pleasant. The whole place smelled like mildew. When we checked the first bedroom, the bedding was heavily perfumed to try to cover up the smell of mildew. The second bedroom smelled awful. Not just mildew smells. Two of us decided to sleep on the couches instead of sleeping in that room. Opening the windows did very little. On top of that,……

“Het was simpel om Grandvoir alleen rond te reizen, de wegen waren overzichtelijk en bewegwijzering duidelijk. Dicht genoeg voor korte uitstapjes maar 's nachts rustig en aangenaam stil.”

“Horrible. Pas de chauffage, sale, douche avec la vitre qui tombe.”

“Apparemment spacieux et propre mais j’ai passé une mauvaise nuit bruit important des voisins coup dans les murs jusqu’a 00h30 et a partir de 6h30. Il manque un micro-ondes et la bouilloire etait pleine de tartre (non utilisé), difficulté pour me doucher car je suis grand et manque une porte, si on ne veut pas inonder la piece. Revoir également la quantité de couverts et le rideau pas assez occultant dans la chambre ”

“Het vakantiehuis is zeer modern en mooi ingericht, alle moderne voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en zonder meer uitstekend. Lokatie is goed (binnen twee minuten sta in je het oude centrum met tal van leuke terrasjes, restaurantjes, winkeltjes en toeristische attracties. Enige minpuntje vond ik de indeling; de slaapkamer heeft geen eigen (open) raam en dus geen makkelijke, optimale ventilatie.”

“Everything was just perfect with a lot of unexpected nice little surprises (belgian beers, coffee capsules and tea bags, water bottles, Netflix account etc.). This is hospitality on another level!”
