Excellent place to stay
The host was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The WiFi was super fast. The showers were excellent. The location was 3 blocks from the bus terminal.

Dishonest hotel owner
We stayed this hotel twice in late November 2019, each of which was 2 nights for USD $71.40. In the first stay when we just arrived Chile, the owner intentionally overcharged us by saying hotels.com converted the charge to local Chilean Peso 70000 (the exchange rate on that day was 775.4, the overcharge was CLP 14636 or USD $18.88). Since we trusted hotels.com and had no reason not to distrust the owner, and we didn't know what the exchange rate was, we paid CLP 70000 by credit card. After we came back for the 2nd 2-night stay in 3 days, we had knowledge of how other hotels charged us fairly and the exchange rate. The owner charged us CLP 70000 again. This time we questioned him how USD $71.40 was converted to CLP 70000. He insisted that hotels.com made the conversion. We paid it by credit card with doubts for the charge. Right after coming back home, we contacted hotels.com. They denied the conversion from USD $71.40 to CLP 70000, and contacted the owner. This time the owner said the overcharges were for tax and using credit card. First, the owner never mentioned those reasons to us. Secondly, foreigners don't need to pay any tax and nobody else in Chile charged us extra for using credit card during the entire time we stayed in Chile for 8 days.

A great location hostel. The host is very attentive and makes himself available providing local advice, a great service and makes your stay as comfortable as possible. He even gets up earlier to make breakfasts if your trip starts before normal breakfast time or waits up if you are late back. This hostel is totally geared up for trekking and so apart from the positives it does have other guests coming and going at various times and so understandably it is not always quite.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Minuten Fußweg vom Busbahnhof, hat einen sicheren Privatparkplatz, ruhige, beheizte Zimmer, ordentliches Basicfrühstück, eine vollausgestattete Küche zur Benutzung und einen extrem freundlichen Inhaber. Zum Zentrum sind es 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuss.

위치 참 좋고 친절한 주인, 다소 낡은 시설.
장점: 터미널에서 아주 가까움. 인근의 위치좋은 다른 숙소들은 무척 비싼 편임. 터미널의 버스로 '또레스 델 빠이네' 국립공원 트레킹을 오가거나 다른 도시로 연결되므로 가격 대비 위치 최고, 주인아저씨가 매우 친절함. 부엌 사용가능. 아침식사 괜찮음. 난방 훌륭함. 더운물도 잘 나옵니다. 단점: 나무로 된 방문과 화장실문 등이 뻑뻑하여 여닫으려면 제법 힘을 주어야 함. 시설이 다소 낡았음. 방음이 안되어 옆방이나 거실 등의 소리가 다 들림(그러나, 대부분 여행객들이 다음날 아침 7시 버스 등으로 국립공원을 오가서인지 늦은 시간까지 시끄럽게 놀지 않고 일찍 잠드는 경향을 보임. 결과적으로 잠자기에 불편하지는 않았음.). 해안가 및 마을중심가까지는 좀 멀어요. 국립공원행 버스를 타면 그쪽으로 지나서 가지만 터미널에서만 타고 내려야만 합니다. 1일투어버스는 중간중간 픽업하고 내려주지만, 투어비가 제법 비싼 편. 가격과 코스는 어디에서 신청해도 거의 동일한듯. 호스텔 주인 아저씨에게 신청해도 동일함. 날씨 좋은 날을 골라 한번은 가보시길. 특가 받고 갔더니 남은 3개 중에서 가장 나쁜? 방을 줬어요.(가격이 10불 정도 쌌으니, 그걸로 됐지만.^^) 도미트리는 더 저렴할듯. 홀로 여행객들에겐 참 좋을 듯합니다.
