"Loved the charm of staying in a renovated property. House originally built in 1835 and beautifully maintained. Highlight was delicious full breakfast included and served by very gracious lady. Also enjoyed spending time on terrace outside where we ate our lunch purchased next door. "

"Lovely stay at Yankee Peddler for two nights while we visited Newport. Easy check-in, cute rooms, front desk were very helpful in resolving our heating issue and on-hand to answer any questions we had. Continental breakfast was standard with cereal options, muffins/pastry, oatmeal and fruit (I'm there for the fruit) and available for a good duration. "The Wedding Cake House was a unique and beautiful place to stay. The room was clean and had lovely tile work around the mirror and in the shower.The dining room was elegant and you could choose to have a continental breakfast by filling out a form with your food choices. It was about a 5 to 10 minute drive to College Hill where we spent a lot of time visiting Brown University and RISD. I would absolutely stay here again if I find myself in Providence.
