“The is not clean when I got check-in. I need to call the attention of the staff to showed the bathroom is dirty especially the toilet bowl. It needs a thoroughly clean up the room before offering to the customer. The check-in lobby area I guess need some updates. It doesn’t look nice/presentable upon entering. I almost hesitate to find other place to stay, if only didn’t pay online in advance. The building though outside look nice and like a 3-4 star hotel.
Other than that it’s okay I had good……
“There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom with hair all over it. Rubbish from previous packaging in the bathroom. Shower and toilet didn’t work at 4am.
Charged 50 peso to use the microwave. Staff were friendly. ”
