The people are friendly, pets welcome. Rules are fairly reasonable. Only real issue was a cockroach infestation. Had to flick a couple of my body while trying to sleep. Had to sleep with a light on to keep em off me...

They were doing construction. It was very nice and I did not notice any workers. No problems.

The staff was wonderful with an easy check. There’s a lot of construction going on around the hotel and on the outside of the hotel it seemed more like a motel.

The hotel staff here is great! Very polite and willing to answer questions about places around the area. It is just off the highway so it is convenient and places to eat/shop are a short drive away. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. I can't tell if it is fairly new or just had a renovation, but it is very nice inside. The rooms are spacious (we had a 2 queen room). There was a chair, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is very nice as well. They offer the Zero % brand for their soaps and lotion (which smells amazing!). There are plenty of plugs around the room and the desk and beside tables also have usb ports for your charging needs.

Clean, well kept property, very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless, with no odors. I would recommend staying in this hotel.
