“The property was exactly as advertised. VERY VERY clean , beds were comfortable , a fancy stay indeed. This is the only place I wanna stay when I’m in Sudbury from now on.”

“The outside of the property could have done with some weeding/tidying up but the inside was very clean. The only issue we had was that the beds creaked anytime you rolled over, but the view of the lake from the rooms was amazing. The washer & dryer was great to have when we went for an impromptu swim in our clothes. We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed the place.”

“There was a lot of space, but it wasn’t well-maintained. There was a persistent bad smell that we couldn’t identify. It was musty but also smelled like garbage. It reached every room in the house, but was strongest in the garage/ basement and front entrance. There were also so many big flies on the first floor, at least a dozen of them around the windows. We tried to investigate the smell but couldn’t figure it out. After sleeping in it for a night, we let the owners know but they told us there……
