Charming Studio with Pool Access, Private Pond, and Scenic Garden Views

Enjoy a studio for 2 people, featuring a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, 3 ceramic hobs, and an oven. It opens onto the living room with a 140x190 cm bed, television, and internet access. You'll have access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the main room, you can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, overlooking the garden. You can sleep with the windows open thanks to the mosquito nets.
Also enjoy the shared (unheated) swimming pool (5mx11m) with two other 2-person gîtes. It measures 5mx11m, has a depth of 0.80 to 1.90 at its deepest, and is protected by a dome. It's open from early May to late September. Parking is available on-site. All-inclusive. Far from the hustle and bustle, this haven of peace promises a complete disconnection, where only the rhythm of nature dictates the time. Treat yourself to this rare luxury: a stay in perfect harmony with the surroundings.
From the Domaine d'Eynardou, you can enjoy unforgettable visits to the Périgord region, near Bergerac, along the Vineyards and Bastides Route (Beaumont du Périgord, Monpazier, Lalinde, etc.), or continue your excursions to the medieval city of Sarlat via the Dordogne Valley and its castles (Les Milandes, Beynac, Castelnaud, etc.). You can also stroll along the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites to the Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac. A visit to remarkable gardens such as Marqueyssac and Eyrignac is sure to delight.

Prachtig adres. Rust en ruimte met veel fiets mogelijkheden in de omgeving.

Wij waren aangenaam verrast bij aankomst op het vakantie adres , Sophie is een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die het verblijf en het terrein keurig verzorgd heeft. Geen enkele negatieve opmerking. Wij zij al op veel Franse vakantie adressen geweest , maar dit behoort bij onze favorieten. Wij gaan hier zeker weer terug komen. Groeten Ella&Kees.
