The security personnel were approachable and informative, offering helpful insights into nearby locations. The airport transfer driver was equally commendable, providing efficient and supportive service, including assistance with my luggage. At the front desk, Riya exemplified outstanding hospitality—consistently courteous, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. Across the property, the staff maintained a welcoming attitude, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. This being my first stay at a Marriott property in Kerala—following previous experiences in Singapore—it fully met my expectations in terms of service quality and overall experience.
