Our holiday home boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a study including additional sofa bed if required for overflow visitors, and is fully stocked with fresh bed linens and towels. Pets are not permitted. \- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings. \- Stairs - Please note this is a two-storey home with stairs between the lower & upper levels. \- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased. \- Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm). \- Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply. \*\*Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation\*\*: \- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival). \- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process. \- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total. \- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates. \- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. This was a wonderful, stylish rental, comfortable and clean, and walkable to the city center. Breakfast at Bobby Frank’s restaurant next door was fabulous. We stayed a full month, a true home away from home. Our one and only complaint was that the dinner dishes are too large for the dishwasher (washer arm can’t rotate properly) but a smaller set if dishes would fix that.
