We arrived at 13.00 about an hour before before official checkin and we were told we had to wait until 14.00 which is fine. We got asked to wait in the lobby and returned at 14.00 when we were told the room wasn't ready. They had no explanation or seemed apologetic and just sent us to the lobby again to wait. After another hour around 15.00 the room was ready and we got given the key. Next thing was that the breakfast organization was very clumy for a buffet.
