"Chicory Outpost ended up being the PERFECT accommodations for our belly dance troupe to stay at while we were dancing at the Utah Renaissance Faire. Not only was it pretty close to the venue, but the big room in the basement has three lighted vanities, which were perfect for getting our hair and makeup done together in the morning. Staying here felt like more of a bonding experience rather than just a house we could all sleep in together. We loved the team quote murals and the inspirational cows! We are hoping to stay here again during the Ren Faire next year!!"

"We had a excellent stay at this hotel. The wall are a little thin but that did not disturb us after 10PM. The room even after remodel is a little dated but it was clean, the bed, matress and bedding were all new or like new. Restaurant choices are limited in Ephriam but not a food dessert."
