El apartamento fenomenal cumple con todas las necesidades básicas,,por ponerle algún fallo no tiene persianas y por la mañana si duermes en el salón pues te despiertas tempranito con la luz del sol,,,luego para bajar ala playa hay q bajar unas cuantas escaleras y bien,loMalo es para subir q son muchas y con el calor pues se hacen pesadas,por lo demás todo bien

Nice apartment in lovely Nerja, but be aware of the challenges

Spacious apartment with good size balcony, sunny from around midday & close to Burriana beach. Nerja centre 15-20 mins walk away. However, before booking suggest read previous reviews, specifically about key collection/drop off procedure from location 30 minutes walk down & uphill, or 10 euro taxi ride away if no hire car. Particularly challenging if you have an early flight. Also step access to beach & bars/restaurants access to town (86 steps)..However,

Perfect stay

We recently stayed for one week in Helens apartment. Overall we had a great time. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was great, lovely views and plenty of sun! Location for us was really good as well. We would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of coming to Nerja.

Fantastic place

The photos here don't do this apartment justice - it was much more spacious and lovely in real life. The sofa beds are large and the main bed is very comfortable. The balcony had a wonderful view of the sea and it's the perfect place to have breakfast and dinner. We loved the bbq on the terrace too. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and has absolutely everything you need. There are also beach umbrellas, chairs, snorkels, and even beach toys for the kids. There is also a little shelf with books to read and loads of board games to play. The location is superb - the beach is about a 7 minute walk away. It has lots of stairs but we managed with a three year old. The nearest supermarket is on the beach, but there is a cheaper supermarket - Mercadona, which is a 15-20 minute walk away. The beach is fantastic - it is mainly calm with gentle waves which is perfect for small children and if you go to the left hand side of the beach right at the end, the water is crystal clear and has lots of fish that you can enjoy watching with your snorkel. There is a chiringuito called "Ayo" on this end with great grilled sardines and paella where the locals eat and its cheap and wonderfully noisy. Helen, the owner was also great at communicating with us when we had any questions or issues. We would definitely come back here - it is great value for money and I think this is now our favourite beach in Andalusia.

Lovely place to recharge your batteries

Nice view from the balcony, the apartament has everything you need for your stay. 5 minutes walk to the beach ⛱️ The only downside is the check in / check out process, it would be easier to have one of those minisafes to store the keys in. We had a lovely stay, thank you 😊

42 Club Litoral, Nerja

Good location for Burriana beach and its restaurants. Well equipped with BBQ and lovely large balcony with sea views. Also has chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Only small issue was having to pick up and drop back the keys from hotel the other side of Nerja by taxi. Enjoyed our week in Nerja

Back to Nerja Again !!

Back again for the 5th time, apartment is in the perfect location, short walk to the beech 10 minutes stroll to the town with plenty of private parking, it has all we needed 2 TVs, internet, ample supply of cooking, eating & drinking utensils. Ideal for sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in had watching the sun go day, looking forward to returning soon

Logement près de la mer certes mais les accès par des escaliers sont très pénibles. Vue sur la mer mais aussi vue sur des toits et des murs degradés avec des fils qui pendent partout. Entrée qui ressemble au cachot d'une prison. Necessaire de cuisine limité et en mauvais état, j'ai du acheter une poêle.Je ne recommanderai pas cette location trop chère pour les prestations. Quant au parking pas de place si tous les logements sont occupés

Comfortable apartment just a short distance from the beach

The property is equipped with everything you may need for a stay. Location is ideal - far enough from parties noise but within a short distance from the beach. Note that Nerja is on the hills and there are 60 steps down/up to the street, however it is almost everywhere. The owner has been very welcoming, communication was very easy. I read reviews that someone complained about keys pickup process - this was not an issue for us to stop by that place. Also, someone noted that the apartment is not “shiny”. We found it to be great for our taste and the price is very affordable. Thanks!

Nerja Return

Our 4th time in this apartment, has everything we need, fully stocked cutlery, pots & pans etc. TV/DVD/Internet all worked well. Very nice balcony that gets the sun from approx. noon (in April) until sunset. New towels and a mattress made for a good nights sleep, short walk to the beach or into town. Super powerful shower and plenty of hot water if needed

Last Minute Get Away

3rd time in this property, ideal location as you get the sun in the evening on the balcony until it sets. Equipped with everything we needed, WiFi, TV, DVD player. Kitchen fully stocked, bed is very comfy & 2 sofas in the lounge. Parking is almost next to the property and is in a "private" car park so no having to park on the road. Steps...yes it has steps..Nerja is hilly if you dont like hills Nerja is not for you, having said that its all downhill to the beach. Did we like it, well we have booked again for next year....cant wait

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung mit tollem Ausblick

Das Apartment hält, was es verspricht. Für einen Urlaub reicht die Ausstattung definitiv aus, für längere Aufenthalte über einer Woche könnte die Küche vielleicht etwas klein sein. Die Lage ist super, mit ein wenig Treppensteigen ist man in kürzester Zeit am Strand. Geschäfte und Lokale sind alle grundsätzlich zu Fuß erreichbar, für größere Einkäufe oder Ausflüge ist ein Mietwagen hilfreich. Auch der Ausblick auf Nerja ist wirklich schön! Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt, schade, dass es nur eine Woche war. Um Nerja zu erkunden, reicht die Zeit. Wenn man mehr von der Costa del Sol sehen möchte, kann man ruhig mehr Zeit einplanen!

WONDERFUL STAY

What else to say... Great host with good comunication, always avaible for any dougts. The apartment have every that you need to have a good vacations! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

This location is perfect for both the beach and town. My husband and I had a lovely 5 days in beautiful Nerja. The apartment is 5 mins to Burriana Beach, which is gorgeous with a huge selection of places to eat and 10 mins walk to the vibrant town. There are a lot steps to the apartment, as others have said in the reviews. if you have mobility issues then it isn’t for you. I didn’t find it a problem. Nerja itself is quite hilly. The apartment itself has parking, which is a huge bonus in Nerja. It is well equipped and the air conditioning is excellent. It’s nice to sit on the balcony and admire the views. The collection of the keys is easy if you have a car. My only criticism is that overall this apartment is tired and would benefit from some TLC, however, it was good value for money.
