Our 2nd night at Harrah's Las Vegas and the room beside us was blaring music in the middle of the night. I called in to security around 12:15am to ask someone to speak with the guests next door and was informed that someone would come up. After 30min and as no one came by I called again and was told again that someone would be up. The music kept blaring through the night until some time between 3am-4am when either someone had come up or the guests next door finally turned it off.
Needless to say, I was unable to sleep that night. With such a poor response to an issue I will certainly never return to this hotel again.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
