“Spacious clean room. Clean and regularly serviced bathroom/shower. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of great wildlife in the grounds to see. Perfect location for Port Stephen’s boating trips and sand dunes. Bush kitchen is a great experience!!”

At reception greeted by shuffling, man clad in a food stained singlet advertised photos were 10 years out of date and gave us false impression. We had paid online, but found another motel $20 cheaper which was clean, spacious. It was worth having to pay twice. ”

“Super gemütlich und romantisch. Mitten im Nirgendwo mit einem atemberaubenden Nachthimmel und absoluter Ruhe. Abends kann man den Kängurus beim Grasen zuschauen und morgens wird man vom Sonnenaufgang und den Vögeln geweckt. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und es gibt eine kleine Hütte mit allerlei Spielen und Haushaltsbedarf, wo man sich einfach bedienen kann. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, wer dem Trubel entfliehen will, wird hier das Paradies finden. Einziger Nachteil ist das man das……

Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary.
