The staff were very nice and as helpful as could be.
But there were some niggles, the coffee machine was set in a dark corner of the room with poor instructions on how to use it.
It was a struggle to get the key into the lock on the door and impossible to shut it with any sort of quietness, also if you weren't in your room there is absolutely no where to go or sit, no Lounge etc.
Part of the reason I booked this establishment was it had its own car park but there were no reserve spaces for guests. So I ended up parking in the street which was what I didn't want to do.

Lovely hotel, convenient location and we got a free upgrade as it was our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch from the hotel. I asked for a few personal touches to be added to the room as a surprise for my wife and the hotel accommodated this with no issue and even had it in the upgraded room ready. Great service

"Its a quirky place. Dog friendly and the owners will let you know about their two dogs which they say can be loud but frindly, never actually met them in the end.
