“The apartment was furnished well and had everything one could need for a short stay. Unfortunately despite signs everywhere asking tenants not to smoke inside, the bedding was permeated with the smell of tobacco. Worse, the apartment had not been cleaned well, especially the bathroom. And no one wants to find other peoples' hairs in a supposedly clean and freshly made bed. ”

It took 9 requests for them to share directions (we appealed to Vrbo) and instructions came in 10 minutes before we boarded the plane--we would have landed in the dark without access to entrance and other details at 1am. Big, unnecessary hussle. No internet in 3 bedrooms (so easy to fix but they wouldn't). Several "beds" are not beds but cheap sofas, extremely……
