Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance.
I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."

"The location and the apartment design are very bad and it has no view. The owner was cooperative with us and allowed us to exchange it for a better apartment for half the period only.
