We're a bit in the middle about this hotel. It looked lovely from the pictures, add to that the reviews and it was an easy choice, unfortunately on a Sunday the bar and restaurant are closed which wasn't obvious via hotels.com. This made the experience not as it could have been. Still a great sleep and clean hotel. Breakfast was nice, they serve great coffee.
Not a lot of interaction was had with staff so we can't comment on this

"Poor service, particularly in the restaurant. I would say rather impolite. Some considerable way below standard of a reputable hotel chain and even other Radisson Blu hotels I stayed. Definitely not worth the money, avoid if you can or lower your expectations."
