Nice place to stay for skiing at the Hermon - especially if you are going for more than one day because then you can take advantage of their heated pool . The only problem is that breakfast only starts at 7:30 and in order to get up to the Hermon to ski, and beat some of the crowds, is to leave there by 7 the latest. They give you a boxed breakfast but it is annoying to not be able to have a normal breakfast that you are paying for.

The property is old and very small rooms. food very poor like in the army. The pool is very unpleasant . Hotel not helpful with cancelation and didn't agreed to cancel even 5 min after booking was made. Not worth the money at all! I will never will came back to this htl.

לא מומלץ בכלל
.המקום ישן ולא מתוחזק, נמצא בצלע ההר וכל יציאה וחזרה מהחדר מצריכה טיפוס, החדר היה קפוא הדלת לא נסגרה אם לא נועלים את הדלת, גם החלון באמבטיה לא נסגר, לא ניקו לנו את החדר בכלל, מעבר לזה שלא ניקו כשחזרנו לחדר לקחו לנו דברים שהיו שם כמו מגבת, תכשירי רחצה. ארוחת הבוקר היא בסיסית ביותר ובערב אין איפה לקנות שתיה חמה או משהו לאכול בתוך המלון (למעט ארוחת הערב של המלון) וכל התענוג
הזה במחיר יקר מאוד ולא מוצדק בכלל

הכי חורף כיפי שאפשר לקבל
משפחה זוג ושתי בנות שהינו שני לילות הביקתה הייתה מעט צפופה ולא , לא הכי נוח להתנהל לארבעה נפשות . ארוחת בוקר הפתיעה לטובה עם מגוון של פריטים טעימים , הסלטים בתיבול מזרחי . ממש נהננו. המקום מומלץ למי שרוצה לעשות גיחה לחרמון ולשמורות הטבע מסביב מרגיש ממש שוויץ .

Comfortable zimmers, nice grounds
The place has a nice mountain lodge feel, with great views. The zimmers are nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good. There is an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as a comfortable central lounge. The grounds are on a hill, so there is a bit of climbing involved in getting to one's zimmer.
Our only real complaint was that the room was not 100% clean, but it wasn't bad.

Wonderful stay
Loved staying at Rimonim! Great views of the Golan. Quiet, quaint and peaceful retreat in the heart of the mountains.
Service desk was helpful and attentive.

Toller Service in wunderbarer Lage
Eine Oase der Ruhe in einem nicht immer ganz ruhigen Land. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Besonders beeindruckt hatte mich, dass uns bei einer viel zu spät durchgeführten Teilstornierung keinerlei Kosten in Rechnung gestellt wurde, obwohl diese mit dem Hotel so vereinbart waren. Daran sollte man sich woanders ein Beispiel mehmen!

Beautiful resort in the mountains
Each room is its own fully equipped log cabin, in a serene and beatiful mountain setting. The place feels like a resort that you might expect to see in the Rockies rather than in Israel. The pool/spa area is beautiful - it's indoors with windows all around looking out over the hills. Breakfast was great, with more choices than most traditional Israeli breakfasts.

Nice triangular cabins
Nice cabins, but Israeli beware of the extra tax payment on arrival.
I had to pay additional 17% tax for a cabin per night.
According to Rimonim's Guest Relations Manager:
"If you look at your Expedia reservation confirmation, you will see in the comments it is mentioned that for Israeli citizens tax must be added. Unfortunately, Rimonim have no control on how Expedia promotes rates."
It is outrageous when a hotel is using such a strategy of post factum price change.
Before reservation I had the choice to change to some other travel site or even some other hotel.
But after reservation I may face a cancellation fee, moreover that once I arrived with my family I don't really have a choice.
Feels awful.
I would expect this tax will be mentioned with bold capital letters next to the line it says that all Expedia tax are included, and not in some comment on the reservation confirmation.
