Stayed in a cave suite with 2 rooms, the main/master room had no windows so needed to sleep with the door open for fresh air - other than that it was very cozy and spacious - I do wish they had more pillows or better quality pillows on the beds. Massive bathroom with bath, shower, and hamam! Room had a little private patio with couch and table so was nice to relax on. We came in Winter so did not use the pool but it was nice and clean and took some of the typical Instagram shots here.
The hotel has just as good a view of the balloons in the mornings, although I prefer it from the panorama point. The highest terrace of the hotel is easily reachable, but theres nothing there, they have not set it up like the other hotels with kelim rugs and pillows to get the authentic 'breakfast' Insta shot on the roof with balloons in the background - if thats what you are after you will need to go somewhere else.
Breakfast was a medium variety Turkish breakfast. Coffee is terrible. Asked if we could get scrambled, fried eggs or omelette, but they only do boiled eggs. All in all breakfast was okay, but not great.
Staff were very helpful with luggage at check-in and check-out but thats the extent of the staff interaction through your stay.
The hotel is situated at the foot of the hill and really close to the main town and you can easily walk everywhere for activities and for restaurants.
