Its about a 3 minute walk to the beach, but alot of stairs. My only opposition here is the 4 levels. 1st level is the garage. Which has the ping pong table and a refrigerator. There are also extra chairs, umbrellas, etc. Byo cooler.2nd level is another entrance, washer, dryer, 1st bedroom, bath, 2nd bedroom, bath. Third level is the kitchen, half bathroom, dining room, and living room. 4th level is a full bedroom and bathroom, shower only.
