“If you like to fish, boat and want direct access to the highway then this place is OK but if you care about house maintence, quality furniture and fixtures, cleanliness and road noise then think twice. This is an old property for sure as stated in the listing and the floor is squishy in many places and should be repaired. “This is an absolutely wonderful property and is such an easy walk to the beach. The house was perfectly clean and very well stocked with everything that we needed for our one week stay. The host was extremely responsive and addressed any concernes and questions promptly.
