450 sf attached Studio Apartment outside New Braunfels - 4 miles from Comal River and historic district, 5 miles from Guadalupe and Gruene, 11 miles from Canyon Lake. Explore by day and escape to a greenscaped acre home to relax in the hot tub.
Kitchenette has small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and crock pot.
Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small but includes a single stall shower and everything else you’d need to be comfortable. We’re happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our studio.
