Definitely coming back!

This place was a great getaway spot! It's right in front of the canyon lake and it has an amazing view! The owner,Stan, was very helpful and made sure we felt comfortable. Him and his son were very polite. You have a variety of things to do... bbq,play pool, basketball and volleyball. The inside of the condo was spacious for everyone in my group. Gorgeous place I highly recommend it and plan on coming back!

Nice little vacay

It was a nice stay, we had to evacuate for hurricane Laura and this condo was nice and comfortable for our family of 5 plus our dog. Everything was clean and tidy! We stayed 3 nights and it was very nice. Nice view of the lake from the porch. Plenty of activities on sight, pool table and bbq pits, outdoor kitchen and fireplace. A little out of the way from all the attractions but we didnt mind the drive since it is the Texas hill country.

The outdoor amenities were plentiful. Our only negative is 1 bathroom for accommodations of 8 people. That was logistically fun for showers and potty breaks.

Everything was awesome. We were just feet away from Canyon Lake! The only thing that was not in our favor was that there were not any restaurants nearby (at least not within walking distance). However, there is a full kitchen with this condo and a grocery store just a few miles away:) It is super quiet, so it's perfect if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. Just wish it had a pool. But we would stay here again!

Very nice place!

This place is very nice. There is plenty to do with the pool table, outside kitchen and outside TV. Only drawback is that you cannot turn the ac down below 72. Condo was very hot when we arrived and did not cool down until about 10pm. Got hot again the next day. Luckily it was cold at night and we opened some windows. But I don't think we could stay here in the summer. Also kinda odd that there was only 1 bathroom and it was downstairs. All bedrooms were upstairs. Just a weird layout.

Family time

What a beautiful place, so many outdoor spaces to enjoy! Needs improvement in cleanliness of rooms and grounds (rat nest in 1 of the grills, thankfully there were others to choose from) there is no daily cleaning or offering of towels, but if seclusion and being left alone are what you're looking for then I highly recommend this place. King bed was comfortable, plenty of space. I think if this place had someone to take more interest in caring for it and the guests it could be amazing. Granny D's is a great place to eat not far down the road.

We had a fabulous stay over the weekend! The owner was super friendly and has thought of everything! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Nice place

Really nice place. I may stay here again. Except there's a bit of a bug problem and the office is always closed. I can never find anyone to unlock the sporting equipment. But, the condo is nice. So, is the view and property.

Great location, very comfortable

The condo was really comfortable - only drawback is that the two bedrooms are upstairs and the one bathroom is downstairs. You can't beat the sunset view from the balcony, and the boat ramp a few minutes away is a bonus. Only a few minutes from Whitewater Amphitheater and also close to some restaurants in Canyon Lake. The property manager is available for any information or needs. The horseshoes, volleyball court, and multiple seating and grill areas are really great when taking a break from fun in the water. I would definitely stay here again. Only surprise was the $345 security deposit that was required when I checked in - it may be on the listing but I do not recall seeing it. I received 100% of it back within 3 days of check-out though.
