Room was excellent and WiFi brilliant. Bed comfy but pillows too hard. Staff friendly apart from bar. Bar was not good. Expensive, cold, uncomfortable, unwelcoming. Also the good bar was closed! Breakfast ok.

The hotel was lovely. Clean. Generous with tea/coffee and biscuits 😋 the towels were nice and big. Very quiet. Great nights sleep and great base place for Cardiff city centre without paying extra! Would definitely stay again!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay here. The room was lovely and very warm and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and very generous. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant one evening. Staff were all brilliant and extremely helpful. The swimming pool and hot tub were really nice, especially after a long hike. We felt it was extremely good value. Many thanks!
