"The front desk attendant was excellent and most helpful. My TV wouldn't work. She sent up a man who knew exactly what he was doing. He was great. However the TV had not been set up, the software had to be installed/reinstalled then he had to come back to reset the remote. Although he worked non stop it took nearly an hour to get it to work and even then it was wonkey and I and to twist and aim and contort my arm and shoulder to connect to where the remote communicated with the tv.
