The carpet was ripped up in the room with the sub floor exposed. It didn't seem very clean. The breakfast was out of most items by 8:30am. They did have a waffle maker but there was someone standing there with 10 cups of batter.

The bathroom is badly in need of an updat bed was comfortable i prefer laminate floor over carpet for clean feeling of room. Room had slight smell of smoked in even though it was listed no smoking room overall just average

They charged me a $100 deposit which was not mentioned on Expedia website and was told it would be 3-5 businesss days before I got a refund. The side entrance door didn’t work properly the room security latch was broken. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. The shower curtain rod was loose and coming off wall
