“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned. The host was at first responsive--but as we discovered that the TV didn't work, there were not enough plates even for two people, and no information about how to operate the mini-splits or gas stove, we realized that we could spend our vacation reaching out to the host to request repairs/guidance/replacement...or we could move to another property and enjoy ourselves. At this juncture, the host ghosted us. Note: there is NO "arcade/game room" as……

“Loved my stay here! The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is clean, comfortable and nicely appointed with a small bar and dining area. My room was spotless with an updated and spacious bathroom. The bed and linens were comfortable and there was a cozy reading chair as well. I loved the thoughtful decorative nods to the Berkshires and its history throughout. My only suggestion would be an adjustable desk chair as it was pretty low.”
