The home was very spacious and modern, and everything was as listed in the description. We had 12 adults and 10 kids and with a couple of inflatable mattresses that we brought, we had plenty of room. unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate but there is enough room in the house that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other when we had to stay in when it was raining outside Hannah the host and Jason the owner were very responsive. The water was very clear - the lake bottom at the shore was a little rocky but the kids still swam there. Plenty of room for the pontoon and fishing boat that we brought.along.
