Not familiar with the area so i ended up staying here. The hotel itself wasn't too bad. Could use more cleaning, but what i enjoyed the most was the morning staff service. I believe her name was Dewanda or something similar to that, she was very kind. I did not like the area that the hotel is in though.

The rooms were clean! The MOST IMPORTANT THING!!! The bathrooms could be updated BUT they were CLEAN! THE SECOND MOST IMPORTANT THING! The staff was nice. The breakfast area was set up late, but the area was clean. My nephew was excited they had chocolate waffles lol. The parking spaces are tiny so if you have a large work truck, etc be prepared for that. I would stay here again. About 20-30 from Superdome, close to Tulane University and all the other stuff...

Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. We got to our room and the lock didnt work. Easy fix they were quick to get us into another room. In the new room the refrigerator didnt work and the bathroom sink wouldnt turn off, sincewe booked two rooms and didnt want to be far from eachother we didn'tchange rooms again. There were black stains on the floor and paint chipping on the walls. I will say the beds were comfy but the pillows were a bit strange, they were only half the size of a regular pillow. The breakfast is what you would expect. They gym didnt look like it had been cleaned in sometime. I probably will not stay at this hotel again.

Good service!
Great customer service. The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The wallpaper in the rooms need some attention. The carpet is cleaned but it needs to be replaced as it smells old.

Great hotel at a great price too. Comfy beds. Bathroom floor could been cleaner but it wasn’t bad, just dirty corners. Overall, I was very happy.

Stayed two nights and given rating was expecting nice clean hotel and room. First room on second floor had bad smell like smoking had been done very recently or was coming through the AC. They moved us to another room on third floor. Third floor was much better - clean and smelled good. Location was so so.

Couch needs replaced
Bedding was clean - carpet was new - hall was recently renovated - But the couch in the room was dirty and very worn. I used the extra sheet to cover it so we could sit on it. Should be replaced
