Housekeeping was very slow when it came to my needs. For example, I called the front desk to ask for towels and didn't receive them until the next day.

Honestly the view was nice. However i found a small trace of Marijuana located next to the night stand. There where several different unidentified pills on the floor near bed. Found a bottle personal lubricant (cherry flavor) in couch. Overnight desk lady was a rude as could be. She made my fiancee want to leave. We would have but money was already spent and to late to book anywhere else. Very disappointed. I spent two nights here. The first night was great, but upon inspection later the aboved mentioned was found and orr occurred

Oh my recent thing at the hotel, I could see definitely that it was very safe in the area, family oriented. The staff was great and very helpful with around the clock services and communication. if you looking for a place to stay on your next visit to the city of New Orleans Louisiana, this would be the ideal place.

We enjoyed our stay. Only hiccup was with a rude employee on the morning of the 19th. Other than that the property is clean the ladies that checked us in were amazing. Breakfast,happy hour it was all good. We went for the museum and aquarium. Everything is within walking distance.
Valet is $69 a day the Valet guys were awesome and super friendly. We didnt use our car at all it was parked the entire time we were there.

The checking person was extremely rude. Did not acknowledge me until six minutes of me standing in front of her.

Bad start the check in desk didnt have my room or about a couple other families rooms not available. We had to wait over a hour to get into the room ,they offered us no points or anything except a extra drink coupon but after that the room the staff the propert and area 5 stars. The morning breakfast excellent and the managers Reception it was also great . The suite was spacious and very comfortable bed and shower perfect pressure bonus there was a little balcony that you can open and listen to whistles blowing from the paddle boats.

I location was very good for what we wanted to do, primarily the world war two museum. Not far from the French Quarter.

Breakfast was top notch! The make your own omelettes station was fabulous. The hotel was clean and safe.
Parking was only available through valet and was expensive. The parking garage could not accommodate our large van. The pool was open but freezing- a heated pool would have been fabulous.
Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the French Quarter.

We were a party of three, rooms 504, 505 and 405. For some reason we were all designated rooms for handicapped people, which made us feel strange.
Also, one of our party in room 504 was bitten two nights in a row by what we assume to be bed bugs. Management cleaned the mattress and the problem went away. But I feel a discount is warranted for this problem.

Embassy suites is my favorite place to stay when I’m traveling. I did not like the fact that I booked a presidential suite and when I got there, the person at the desk told me there was a biohazard issue with my room. I really felt as though they lied and gave my booking away. Instead of letting me know before my arrival, the staff at the front desk did not make me aware of a room change until I arrived. I booked the presidential suite for a reason. It was very disappointing but I accepted the downgrade & still tried to enjoyed my stay despite the lack of professionalism. Luckily, I am not a controversial person.

I was very happy with the King suite. It has a small but functional balcony. There was a small chair in the living area which fit on the balcony and I was able to sit outside and watch the sunset. That was a plus. I was on the 13th floor which was nice. That’s my lucky number too.
The room was clean and there was no carpet. It has very nice Luxury vinyl plank floors.
The bed was very comfortable too.
