“Quite simply one of the best home rentals where I have ever stayed. Nestled in the woods, yet very close to the local towns, restaurants, and frequent trains to New York City. The trees and streams surrounding the Cottage give you all the privacy you could ever need, and you feel more relaxed at every turn looking out the windows. The kitchen is fully functional, and the fireplace is impressive. David, the host, is prompt and responsive. He answered quickly, no question was too small for……

“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting……

“The apartment is located in the hub bub of Stamford, a nice area very populated even in the evening where it feels safe. Apartment had all amenities that I needed. The host provided extra touches like a Keurig coffee pot stocked with Keurig cups and sugar. A washing machine and dryer were a plus as I like to pack only clean clothes. Bed was super comfortable. Modern design has a Zen vibe, great to decompress after travel. TV offered free movies that didn’t require my own subscription which……

“The place was very clean and exactly as promised in the listing. It is in a great location, within a five minute walk to the town with all the shops and restaurants! Carolyn, the host was great with communication and everything from check in to check out went smoothly.”

“After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is……
