“Let me start with the positives. Nutan was responsive and accommodating.
Unfortunately the negatives are plenty. From the moment I opened the door the smell of musk and urine was terrible. I immediately made a trip to Target for Glade plug ins. There were no sponges, washcloths, Bounty or hand soap in the bathroom. I informed our host and these were provided quickly however the washcloths had other peoples hair imbedded in them. “a last minute change to a different location and size of apartment was made without notification. only found out of the change when we received the checkin information on the day of checkin. the new place was nice but was not what we ordered. Host was very slow to responds, 2-3 day. when she did she made some financial adjustments.
