Words cannot begin to describe the horrendous condition this motel is in. I’ll keep it brief. Unhelpful drug addict owner. Broken window. No heater. Unclean everything. Within minutes of arriving we left and got a motel 6 in Bismarck. Do NOT make the same mistake I did by reserving a room here.

Take this property off your listings. It was so wretched that we could not even stay there and had to book another room. It was absolutely filthy and did not even have a chair or heat. We lost our full payment because it was so wretched.

You get what you pay for

Broken bed, dirty towel, hair and dirt on sheets, old pillows. We knew it would be old and run down, but we didn’t expect it would be so dirty.

When I arrived at the property, they did not have my Expedia reservation on file, even though I had already paid for the hotel. They would not accept my email receipt, or that it showed on the Expedia app that I had already paid for the room at the hotel. I had to pay again to stay there and I assume Expedia would easily refund my money. Unfortunately, to date, Expedia has not returned my money, even though I have showed them the receipt where I had to pay again. I paid double for a mediocre crappy old hotel room and Expedia was no help. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for Expedia to respond to multiple inquiries. Based on this interaction, I don’t trust Expedia or this hotel.
