Very surprised. This was my first stay in a hostel and i definitely will come back. The front deak staff was amazing, eoom was clean, and neighborhood was quiet.
I loved how polite the staff members were and they were also very helpful when i needed some information. To top it off the amenities that they included were very nice. I could watch the superbowl in the living room space and also had access to a game room and kitchen.
Interesting neighborhood and building. Artsy vibe. We had a 3 bed room and bathroom and it was all very clean. Accommodations are a bit spare -had just what we needed for sleeping and there is art painted on the walls. This part of Brooklyn is not yet gentrified and has a certain amount of industry. Felt safe, even walking from subway stop in the dark. Neighborhood has a natural foods grocery and another grocery and a few restaurants and cafes. Parking is on the street and we were always able to find a spot. There is a electric vehicle charging station a little over a mile away, and that was one reason we stayed here. Easy enough to get to Manhattan on the subway. We would stay here again.
Staff are very friendly and the facilities were ok. My only “ Complaint will be that there’s no rules or guidelines to be followed. My roommates were making lauded and did not conceder that other people might be tired and need to get some rest.
