Pretty good location, I mostly visited Manhattan but the hotel is next to a subway station that has good access lines to the city. Good 24 h delis with food around the hotel and nice staff. The breakfast options could've had more options like fruits and yogurt.

The mattress is wrapped in plastic so the whole night I couldn't sleep thinking they have bed bugs. I asked for a wake up call at 4am and they called me at 3am...Needless to say between the two I cave not slept the entire night. My phone charged also short circuited when I plugged it in. The hotel staff was nice and let me borrow a charger.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice, clean, quiet room if a little small, but you get what you pay for. One drawback was that the blankets for the (double) bed was just barely big enough for two people to share that bed, and the hotel did not have spare blankets to work around that issue.
