This a unique property catering to a select clientele, bring your Toys enjoy the private estate feeling, peace and Quiet with beautiful views. Within miles of many private water skiing lakes in the town of Newberry Springs. This area is not a touristy area; a hidden gem with breathtaking mountain trails that go for hundreds of miles. Go find yourself in the Calico mountains or Alvord gold mines or Pisgah Volcanic Crater.
1 mile to Route66, 12 miles to Calico ghost town 11 miles from Peggy sues 50’s diner 17 miles North of Barstow off the 40 11 miles from Bagdad Cafe.

Newer 3 bedrooms 2 bath 1400 sq. ft. sitting on 20 acres with a 4 car garage, 400’Private dirt runway. Sleeps 10+ extra.

Bring Razrs/Rhino/Dirt Bikes/Quads open the garage and the trails are right out back. Calico Basin is 7 miles, take trails too it. Lots of Whoops within a mile of the property.

Master Bed/bath on one side of the home, 2 Large bedrooms on the other side of home separated by the Great Room. Fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless appliances granite counter tops Propane Stove/oven, Dishwasher. Enjoy dinner on a beautiful hand crafted table seats 6 (extra table onsite to enjoy 12 + people). two washing machines and one dryer. Work bench w/some basic tools, easily fix/maintain your toys before and after your ride.

Enjoy the Great room with a 65”Samsung TV, Direct TV/Blue ray.
Large fire pit to enjoy the evenings, City light views to the South and West.
