This awesome property offers a cozy living room with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The ceiling was insulated with sound material proofing sept 2025 and now has recessed lighting. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, air conditioning and heating during their stay. Experience the magic of Newport Beach at our bungalow. No need for a car and free city tram is available on weekends in the summer, to take you down the peninsula or ride our included Bicycles. If you are looking for a water adventure take our kayaks down to the bay which is at the end of our short block. Wagon provided to take all your staples to the beach, umbrella and chairs provided.
