"From the moment I open the room door, room had a smoking lingering odor. Made front desk aware. They didn’t seem to care to check for themselves or offer to move me. Second day was out all day returned to room lingering smoke smell still present. Woke up Sunday morning congested and coughing. After having breakfast at lobby, made front desk aware again of smoke smell and the fact I woke up congested and coughing. Also upon arrival and checking room for amenities no hairdryer in bag provided, notified front desk about it. It took for me to ask for hairdryer on my second day. My stay was Friday-Monday housekeeping came to room on Saturday did a light clean however bathroom bath towel, bath mat and one washcloth was replace no additional amenities were replaced. Sunday room wasn’t touched at all, the do not disturb hanger was in room on the desk where I left it. Very disappointed with that, cause I worked for 14 years at Bally’s casino also 2 years at Olgebay Resort as a housekeeping supervisor. Upon my checkout on Monday I notified the male clerk about it all and provided him with an inventory of bathroom towels since I didn’t get a restock of towels and was looking to be charged for missing items. He stated that the card with charges on was to deter from guest taking them, how is accountability for items accurate if they aren’t being replace properly and timely."
