"This place was disgusting. Everwas falling apart. Curtains falling down. Dirt in the corners. Old dirty paint & bedspread. My smoke free room had such a strong smoke odor that it made my eyes & nose itch. Thus place shoukd be torn down. DON'T STAY THERE!"

"Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you. The phone system however was not working which was frustrating. My husband needed to physically walk down to the front desk to order room service (noone was answering when I called on my cell phone) and only the valet was there. So the valet was kind enough to take the order to the kitchen. My order came up with GF toast and no knife to spread butter or jelly on it and no napkin. so whereas the room was great, the rest was not as I have explained, for the price we paid. "
