We have made this our #1 hotel in all of Asia. We are expats living in S. Korea and travel throughout Asia every holiday. We have experienced many good and bad hotels and have now settled on Intercontinental as our #1 for all things.

Great location, cool vibe. A nice modern, upscale but casual hotel. Great breakfast and kind staff. 24 hour stay policy is great!

This was the first resort we stayed in on our recent trip to Vietnam and we were not disappointed. Based upon reviews I read I knew this resort was on a peninsula that was a boat ride away from Nha Trang, please note though that the resort's dock is 30 minutes or so north of Nha Trang (approximately 60 minutes from airport during not peak traffic). My husband and I spent three nights at Novotel while on our honeymoon. Our room had a fantastic view of the ocean and we enjoyed waking up with the sun each morning. The room layout made the best of the natural light with a sliding door to allow sunlight into the bathroom and shower. We spend our days at the beach which was just across the street, which was very romantic. The staff literally lived their moto - "I am here for you!"

Very new and clean hotel and staffs were really nice. But there were few ammenities and towels were not very clean. Also the taste of breakfast was not that good. Overall, everything was nice.

Amazing staff! Helpfull, kind and funny. Well worth the price. Would love better covers in the bed and towel included.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, minor problem with lock box and staff corrected quickly. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall we’re happy with the hotel and would come back.
