Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate, as if brand new, and the view of Ha Long Bay was jaw-dropping.

My wife and I were overwhelmed by many aspects of our stay - the warm and helpful staff, the condition of our junior suite, the food at the restaurant (breakfast buffet and prix fix lunch) and the overall ambiance. The only problem was that ours was a street facing room and after a late night check-in at 7 am we were blasted out of bed by a loudspeaker broadcasting "community announcements". Amazing place to stay. Good restaurants

We knew that many people a zillion time more famous stayed at this hotel including Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and many other dignitaries and presidents from many nations, but the entire staff made us feel like royalties ourselves. They constantly made sure myself and my 2 small children were always comfortable and safe and happy. They always called our room to make sure we didn’t need something. You could travel the rest of your life and not find more friendly, and helpful staff - all who are ready to go the extra mile for you. The location is in the heart of all the activity of the Old Hanoi Quarter. An easy walk to cafes, restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds, a very pleasant breakfast experience. On my next trip, I won't even consider staying anywhere else.

Great stay

I stayed here for three nights and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in the old quarter- walking distance from the restaurants, night markets and tourist sites. They helped me book my trip to Halong bay and a cooking class which was both great. I really enjoyed my stay here as the rooms were very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Would definitely stay here again when I come back!

The property is beautiful. It’s quiet and has beautiful views of the rice crops and also to the funicular of Fansipan. The rooms are beautiful and really comfy. The hotel is really close to the station which is the building with the clock there you can get the funicular that will take you to Sunworld Fansipan. Walking distance is like 11 minutes and like 13 to the town of Sapa. The only cons is that there is a construction in the block so if it’s raining you will get your shoes with mud, but...

I didn't like the room didn't have windows but I think it's common in Hanoi. Also sound proof is not good. Staffs were nice overall.

Great staff. Wonderful breakfast, and Executive Lounge. Fantastic gym and pool.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the main busy area in town. Every room had a view of the river, and our room was clean and comfortable. Best of all, the staff is very friendly and it felt like being welcomed by family, with helpful shopping and itinerary advice. They even surprised us with a birthday cake! Loved it here 😄

This was luxurious after months of low budget travel. Staff were eager to please. Location at the end of the road was beautiful and peaceful.
